I have a lovely sun conure, friendly and handfed. I bought him at a pet store in Tennessee when I lived there at the end of last year for 450 dollars. I also bought a cage for 120 dollars. I recently had to relocate back to Kentucky and I have no place to keep him so sadly, I have to sell him. Currently, my grandmother is taking care of him, but I have to sell him to a loving home asap. I am only asking 250 dollars for him and the cage (which comes with a few toys and such). I will negotiate a bit, ...

As I don't have the money to buy him a new mate at this time. We are in West Lafayette. He is not tame. Would recommend him as a breeder over a pet at this.time.

Eating pellets and most anything else I put in their treat bowls. All veggies, plain pasta, most fruits, whole wheat breads, pizza bones (crust), breakfast cereals as a real treat, and boiled and scrambled eggs.
Know the *step up* command. And are interacting with people readily, even kids.
They will play on there backs with each other and *foot* toys.
All have their wings trimmed. Have not DNA tested them. Think there are 3 males and 1 female.

Conure - Pete - Medium - Adult - Male - Bird
Pete is a gorgeous Sun Conure. He is in perfect feather. He is tame, but still needs a little work. In his cage, he is reluctant to step up onto a finger. Once out of his cage, though, he is easy to handle. His prior owner was forced to surrender him due to a medical situation.
Pete would love to meet you and become part of your family.
