Our Goat Rub makes an excellent meat rub for goat or kids roasts or chops. We have created a subtle blend of Curry, paprika, thyme, basil & cumin that will give your meat just the right touch of Mediterranean flavor.

Sprinkle a light coating onto goat or kids and pat into surface of the meat. For the most flavorful results after you have rubbed the seasoning onto your meat then place it in a resealable plastic bag and refrigerate 2 hours before cooking on the grill or in the oven as per your cooking time guide per pound.
