Accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statement preparation, journal entries, spreadsheets, collection calls, reconcile sub ledgers to control accounts, bank reconciliations, reconcile all balance sheet accounts for three corporations monthly, depreciation schedules, prepaid interest schedules, post payments and prepare bank deposits, prepare payable checks and attach supporting documentation.
Hours are flexible, 20-30 hours weekly
$15-$18 hourly
